We stand by our toys! You may return most unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Exclusions apply (see Section 3).

✅ Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return:

Item must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging (including tags/relevant accessories)

Proof of purchase (order # or receipt) required

Non-returnable items:

• Personalized/custom toys

• Opened collectibles (e.g., blind box items)

• Digital downloads

• Gift cards

📦 How to Initiate a Return

Email us first: Contact support@jackstoyworld.com with:

Your order number

Photos of the item(s)

Reason for return

We’ll reply within 2 business days with a return authorization (RMA) 

💸 Refund Process

Approved returns: Refund processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the item.

Shipping costs: Customer pays return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item).

Sale items: Only eligible for store credit unless defective.

⚠️ Damaged/Defective Items

If your toy arrives damaged or defective:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@jackstoyworld.com with photos/video.

We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement or refund immediately.

🎁 Gift Returns

Gift recipient receives store credit via email once we process the return.

Gift giver is notified if refund is issued to their original payment method.
